Accommodation Packages
Rodeo Glamping Package
BOOK EARLY! Only 14 glamping tent packages available.
Located at Glenbarr Homestead, 1400B Paris Creek Road, Strathalbyn.
Cost: $495 inc. GST
Package includes:
- VIP tickets for two adults to the 2026 Strath Rodeo
- VIP rodeo viewing area with its own bar
- Transfer to the event by horse and cart with Carriage of Occasion
- Late-night return to your tent
- Bell tent with Queen size bed, all bedding, towels and camp chairs supplied
- Shower and toilet facilities
- Check-in from 11am Saturday 7 November
- Check-out by 12 noon Sunday 8 November
Glamping is at the lovely Glenbarr Homestead on the outskirts of Strathalbyn. Arrive from 11am on Saturday 7 November, settle into your tent and leave your car parked for the evening. Then the Horse & Cart will await you to take you to the event. The Cart will be departing on the hour from 1pm through to 5pm.
Enjoy the rodeo, stay on for Motel Music, and when you are ready to come home to bed just let our team know and, thanks to our sponsor Mt Barker Auto, our driver will be happy to chauffer you back to Glenbarr for a relaxing night sleep.
Kathleen’s Cottage Package

Located at Glenbarr Homestead, 1400B Paris Creek Road, Strathalbyn.

Package includes:
- Lovely cottage for two people
- VIP tickets for two adults to the 2026 Strath Rodeo
- VIP rodeo viewing area with its own bar
- Transfer to the event by horse and cart with Carriage of Occasion
- Late-night return to the cottage
- Check-in from 11am Saturday 7 November
- Check-out by 12 noon Sunday 8 November

- The Family Pass includes 2 x Adult 18+ tickets and 2 x Youth 10 - 17 years tickets.
- Child 0 - 9 years and Disability Companion Card holder tickets are free and must be selected with ticket purchases.
- Camping is available but spots are limited so camping tickets must be pre-purchased with your event entry ticket(s).
- All under 18 campers must be camping with a paying adult.
- Children 0-9 years and Companion Card holders do not need camping tickets - they do need event entry tickets though!
- The campsite is bush-camping only, no power or water available.

- No Pass Outs
- No alcohol or illegal drugs to be brought to the event.
- This is a licensed event with a strictly NO BYO Alcohol policy in all areas including the carpark and camping area. Security WILL be doing car searches and items can be confiscated. This is a condition of our License and failure to comply puts our License at risk.
- No Fires
- No key banging
- Any key-banging or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Security will monitor the camping area overnight.
- No refunds - The rodeo is a rain or shine event!
- Beware of scams - You can only buy tickets from our event at https://events.humanitix.com/2024-strath-rodeo
- We are not responsible for fraudulent tickets.
- Tickets cannot be purchased for resale.
- If you want to raffle off tickets, you have to ask us first.
